(1998) — two errors identified: the date in the in-text citation (1998) does not match the reference list entry (1997); and the author surname spelling differs between the text ('Entwisle') and the reference list ('Entwistle'). The surname was corrected in the reformatted reference list; the date mismatch remains an action item for the student to verify before submission.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Clarita's services complies with your institution's academic integrity policies. Clarita does not produce finished work for submission and expects clients to implement feedback themselves. Misuse of our service is not permitted.
Payment is processed via Stripe before work begins. Orders are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for technical issues or service failures will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
By placing an order with Clarita, you expressly request that we begin performance of the service immediately upon payment confirmation. You acknowledge that by requesting immediate performance, you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once work has commenced. Where work has not yet commenced, cancellation requests should be directed to hello@clarita.uk as soon as possible.
We commit to our advertised turnaround times: Polish within 24 hours, Refine within 48, Elevate within 72. Rush delivery may be available on request. Missed deadlines due to our error will result in a full refund.

Clarita provides feedback to support your writing. We are not liable for grades received, academic outcomes, or any indirect damages resulting from use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Clarita improves and refines student-authored work. Submissions that show strong indicators of wholesale AI generation will not be processed. In these cases, we will contact you to request your original draft before work begins. Partial AI use within an otherwise student-authored submission is handled on a case-by-case basis and flagged in your Audit Notes. No refund is issued where a submission is returned for this reason and the student does not provide an original draft within 48 hours of being contacted.
