No. Clarita provides feedback, correction, and guidance — not finished work. The same way a university writing centre, a tutor, or a proofreader would. Your ideas, your argument, and your conclusions remain entirely your own. We improve how they're expressed and ensure your references are correctly formatted and verified. We don't write your assignment and we never will.

Upload your document, reference list, and any supporting files (brief, marking rubric, guidelines) directly at the checkout stage. No emails needed — everything is handled through the secure upload at the point of order.
Polish orders are delivered within 24 hours of submission. Refine within 48 hours. Elevate within 72 hours. Turnaround begins from the point we receive your complete submission — including your reference list and, for Elevate, your assignment brief.
Select your submission deadline when placing your order and we'll work to it. If your deadline falls outside our standard turnaround window, email hello@clarita.uk before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can accommodate it.
You receive three things: your revised work with tracked changes or inline notes, your reformatted reference list with any issues flagged, and a Clarita Audit Notes summary covering everything that was changed and any actions needed from you before submission. Elevate orders also include a full post-edit commentary explaining the reasoning behind every significant change.
Because work begins within two hours of a completed order, and you waive your cancellation rights at checkout by requesting immediate performance, orders are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you need to cancel before work has started, contact hello@clarita.uk immediately.

No. Clarita improves student-authored writing — it doesn't rework AI-produced content. If your submission shows strong indicators of wholesale AI generation, we'll contact you to request your original draft before proceeding.
